He is handle administration and finance department of the company. He has experience of 12 years service as the Manager in DENA BANK. Presently, he is the President, THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE & INDUSTRY KUTCH. He has been invited by NTPC for sharing expertise on FLYASH UTILIZATION. He is regularly visit countries like USA , UK, Canada, Oman, Bahrain, Dubai etc. for business development   

he is the founder of the company. His vast experience and innovative thinking of marketing always boost the company to growth. He is being invited to share his expertise of company products to other nations in various seminars and exhibitions arranged by Govt. of India. Ministry of Housing and Urban Development sponsored our company and Mr. Nilesh Bhatt represented at Italy, Kenya and South African countries.    

He is civil engineer by degree. He is looking after the entire machine production unit. He handles multi skilled works viz. civil, mechanical and electrical engineering. BUILDWELL™ Bricks – Blocks – Pavers making Automatic Machines concern all engineering jobs together implemented by him.
